Price match terms
Plain words, nothing hidden. Updated October 2026.
- What we match
- The monthly service price for internet on a current business internet bill from another provider, for the same location. The bill must be dated within the last 60 days.
- What's not included
- Taxes, regulatory fees, equipment rental, installation charges, promotional credits that have ended, and bundled TV, phone or other services.
- The floor
- We match down to the Starter price. If you pay less than that today, we'll tell you what Starter gives you for the difference.
- Which plan you get
- A price under the Pro price is matched on Pro. A price at or above the Pro price needs no match: you pay the Pro price and save from the first month. Enterprise is priced separately.
- How long it lasts
- Your matched price is locked for 12 months from your first bill. After that, the then-current price for your plan applies, and we'll tell you before it changes.
- Sending your bill
- Upload it with the form or send it in the chat within 7 days of signing up. Until we have it, you pay the list price, and we credit the difference once the match is confirmed.
- One per location
- One match per business location. Several locations are quoted together. Business accounts only.
- Trying it
- Every order has 14 days to try it on site. Send it back inside that window and you pay nothing.
- Changes
- We can end or change the price match for new sign-ups at any time. A match already confirmed keeps its terms.
