Why Connecten Business
Connecten is for going your own way.
Connecten Business is for what you built along the way.
Orders, payments, scheduling, dispatch: every business runs on connection now. When the line goes down, the business goes with it.
One device, every major network. Pick your carrier or switch any time from the portal. Already have a line? Failover plugs in alongside it and takes over the moment it drops.
Major US carriers in one device
Typical failover when primary drops
Contracts or credit checks required
Day money-back guarantee
The hardware
Four carriers. One router.
A built-in multi-carrier vSIM reaches every major US and Canadian network from one device. No SIM swaps: log in and switch carriers whenever signal at your location changes.
Standard runs on one carrier you choose. Pro and Enterprise include the full multi-carrier vSIM.
Three ways to use it
Pick the one that fits how your team works.
Business Internet
Your primary connection, for offices, branches, fleets, and crews. Always on.
Failover
Backup that takes over when your main line drops. Works alongside fiber, Starlink, Peplink. You don't do anything.
On-Demand
Plug in for an event, a project, or an emergency. Order by the day or the week. Free return label in the box.
How it compares
The honest comparison.
Real situations
How it plays out in practice
A new branch is online Monday morning
No install truck. No waiting on a technician. Plug the router in, and the office is working.
A clinic stays open through an ISP outage
The wired line drops. Connecten takes over in seconds. The telehealth call keeps going. The patient doesn't notice.
A trade show booth that actually works
Order Tuesday, device arrives Thursday, plug in Friday morning. Free return label in the box.
A multi-site retailer stays open during outages
Each store has the same backup router. POS and inventory stay online. No call to headquarters.
A service van that never loses the connection
Estimates, payments, photo uploads, from wherever the job takes them. Switch to the strongest carrier for your current location right from the portal.
A live broadcast that doesn't drop
Pick the carrier with the most headroom at the venue. If one tower congests mid-event, log in and switch. Takes seconds.

“I don't really think about it, it just works.”
“24/7 service. I'm a truck driver so that means a lot to be able get in contact with somebody at crazy hours of the day.”
